We have a range of interest groups which will cater to everyone. Of notable mention are our Hip Hop Dance and Taekwondo.

Taekwondo, in particular, has been very well received with an increasing number of memberships each year. Apart from the weekly trainings held at Bedok Community Centre, our Taekwondo team has also participated in tournaments like the 1 st National Poomsae Championship and Spex ‘Best of the Best' Championship 2006.

For those who are interested in joining our dedicated team of Taekwondo fighters, the details of the course are as follow:

Training Schedule:
Wednesday ( 8:00pm to 9:30pm )
Sunday ( 4.00pm to 5.30pm )

T-Net Club Member - S$20.00*
Non T-Net Club Member - S$30.00*

Check out our very own hip hop dancers from Vitality Loves. Started out as a group of friends, who share similar passion in dance and music, these committed dancers have been actively performing for both grassroots and T-Net Club events. They choreographed their own dance and even took part in various dance competition to constantly challenge themselves.
